With regard to Amendments No. 12 and 13 to Indemnity Agreement E-34, 4
please find enclosed a signed copy of Amendment No. 12.
I have discussed the situation with the University Controller's Office. A copy of Amendment 12 was available from their files. We could not, however, locate a signed copy of Amendment 13.- Amendment 13 will therefore be l
promptly submitted to the-proper persons in SUNY in Albany for signature.

1 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III. Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount j
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
