Dear Mr. Grier:
We wish to advise you that we are unabla to submit an amendment to the Limerick PSAR within the 45 day period noted in our response of July 10, 1980.
However, this PSAR Amendment will be submitted on or before September 24, 1980.
We are unable to meet tts enmmitted date because we have not yet assembled all the technical information required to fully substantiate the PSAR Amendment.
