Dear Mr. McCorkle:
We have made a muieu of our Security Plan for standby conditions in reference to the requirements of the new 10 CFR Part 73 Upgrade Rule as published in the Federal Register on flovember 28, 1979. We believe that our current physical protection plan meets the intent of the Upgrade Rule because of the highly dispersed nature of the SNM in our possession. Therefore, we do not plan to revise our plan at this time. Would you please review our conclusion and provide your concurrence.
