Dear Mr. Harstead:
This is to inform you that two consultants have been selected for the task the Office of Inspection and Enforcement had defined for completion of the Harble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 near Madison, Indiana.
You had been contacted earlier about the possibility of interest by you or your organi-zation in such an effort in the problem area of concrete construction.
The consultants selected after input from and discussions with the intervenors in this case are:
Alfred L. Parme, Consulting Engineer.
San Diego, California Roland C. Hamm, Hamm Engineers, Inc.
San Diego, California Both will be working for the NRC through a standing multidiscipline, technical support contract with Parameter Engineers, Inc., of Elm Grove, Wisconsin. We greatly appreciate your efforts in responding to our initial phone call on this task. We will maintain the information you provided for possible future use.
