PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE WHITE PAPER, IMPLEMENTING A 24-MONTH FREQUENCY FOR EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM REVIEWS AND POSSIBLE REVISIONS TO NEI 99-02 IN SUPPORT OF A 24 MONTH EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM REVIEW FREQUENCY DATE AND TIME: January 14, 2020 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North Conference Room 03B04 11545 Rockville Pike North Bethesda, MD 20852 PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is to meet with the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Industry and members of the public to review and discuss the NEI White Paper, Implementing a 24-month Frequency for Emergency Preparedness Program Reviews (ADAMS No. ML19344C419) supporting a 24-month emergency preparedness program review and to discuss possible revisions to NEI 99-02, Regulatory Assessment Performance Indicator Guideline to support the 10 CFR 50.54(t) 24-month emergency preparedness program review frequency option.
