Dear Dr. Denton:
Enclosed are five copies of a revised cover, a revised title page, a revised page 1-10, a revised page 8-1, a revised page i of the Appendix, and a revised Exhibit B-III which are to be inserted into the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Physical Security Plan dated May, 1978, as revised.
Exhibit B-V of the Plan, dated May, 1978, should be removed from the Plan as out-of-date.
Since the revised pages contain information relating to the details of the physical security plan for a licensed facility, it is hereby requested that the documents trans-mitted herewith be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Nction 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.

treated as confidential and proprietary information and has been withheld from public disclosure by the Company in accordance with the Company's practice of treating all information dealing with the details of security procedures as confidential and proprietary information.

4 The Revised Pages should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be wihheld from public disclosure on the grounds that they contain details of the physical security plans of a licensed facility, such disclosure is not required in the public interest, and such disclosure would adversely affect the interest of Philadelphia-Electric Company.
