To Whom It May Concern:

It was noted the Reference contained an error in the first paragraph on page 2 of the Attachment. ET 19-0020 stated, "Per XX-E-006 (Reference 6, page 49 of 100), Revision 08, with 80% voltage at the motor terminals, the RCP will start in approximately 31 seconds."

The letter should have stated, "Per XX-E-009 (Reference 6, page 49 of 100), Revision 08, with 80% voltage at the motor terminals, the RCP will start in approximately 31 seconds."
