NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0FJ4ISS10N THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 1st day of February, 19 81, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to a "Governmant"), as represented by the UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY CO SION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor").
WITNESSETil THAT:
as hereinafter WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-80-236 provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, includ Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy 1954, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows:
