ORDER We have before us the motion of intervenors Massachusetts Attorney General, the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, the City of Newburyport, the Town of Newbury, the Town of West Newbury, the Town of Amesbury, and the Town of Salisbury, seeking an extension of the time within which to file their brief s in support of the pending appeals f rom the Licensing Board's November 9, 1989 decision.1 It is our understanding that, although the applicants do not object to the grant of the requested relief, the NRC staff intends to file an opposition.
