please find enclosed one copy of the November 1989 Monthly Operating Report
,(MOR) for the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Unit No.1.
Also, please note that
.the content of the Operations Summary of the MOR has been revised to better
. meet reporting requirements.
LAccording to Technical Specification Section 5.9.1(c), the MCR should include i
. operating' statistics, shutdown experience, and challenges or failures to the pressurizer Power 0)erated Relief Valves (PORVs) or safety valves during the subject month. Omala Public Power District's (OPPD's)' previous MOR contained substantially irore data than required by OPPD's Technical Specifications and Regulatory Guide 1.16.
Upon completion 1of a records search by 0 PPD Nuclear Licensing personnel, no basis for OPPD's inclesion of the additional-data in the Operations Summary coulf be found. Therefore, the following supplemental sections have been Ldeleted from OPPD's_MOR:
