Dear Mr. Davis:
x Pursuant to your conversation with Document Control, effective December 11, 1989, we vill no longer be resending outstanding change notices (change notices that have not been incorporated into the new retision) when a Design or Vendor Drawing is revised and distributed.
This business practice is.being implen.ented as a cost savings, which vill be obtained by reducing the amount of change notices being copied, stemped, and distributed.
The outstanding change notices which need to be reattached or maintained in your files vill be~ listed on the Transmittal Receipt Acknowledgment (TRA).
As identified on the TRA, pull any outstanding changes from the old revision and reattach them to the newly revised drawing being distributed.
