Enclosed is an application for Amendment No. 01 to export license FSNM02478, received recently by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The license is amended to show the addition of 75.0 kilograms of uranium,.5 kilograms of uraniun-235andchangeintheend-usefrom"Materialiscontainedinone(1) test fuel assembly" to " Material is contained in two (2) test fuel assemblies".
Assurances are required that the addition will be subject to all of the terras and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
