Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Section 55a, Paragraph g (10 CFR 50.55a(s)), requires the submittal of an inservice inspection (ISI) summary report in accordance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)Section XI, Paragraph IWA-6230 within 90 days of the completion of the ISI conducted during a refueling outage.

Enclosed is the Trojan Nuclear Plant Inservice Inspection Summary Report for the second interval, first period, third outage. Included under Tab D, Section 1.3, " Pressurizer", is a fracture mechanics analysis which provides the basis for acceptance by evaluation of a flaw in the pressurizer upper head-to-shell weld. This analysis is submitted in accordance with ASME Section XI, Paragraph IWB-3125.
