In order to comply with USNRC Generic Letter 89-07, the Daltimore Gas and Electric Company has inct.r-p 'i porated into its Safeguards Contingency I'lan and Continga v Plan Implementation Procedures a ' Credible Land Vehicle Bomb Threat Plan that provides for short term (12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br />) measures designed to protect the Cel-vert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant against a thnat from an explosive laden vehicle.
The te ised Safeguards Contingency Plan (Revision 10) is being forwarded to the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission under separate letter. Since the revision does not decrease effectiveness of the plan,it is being sub-mitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p). In accordance with NRC regulations, the Contingency Plan Implementation Procedures are not being forwarded but are available for NRC review, My staff and I are at your disposal should you have any questions.
