Docket Nos. 50.329 & 50-330 OM & OL
Dear Mr. Miller:
This letter concerns the boring and loboratory test information Consumers recently agreed to furnish the Staff.
We have received the boring and labo.atory test information relating to the dike. We expect to have a position with respect to that information and present it during the August 4-14, 1981 session of the evidentiary hearing.
The boring and laboratory test information relating to the diesel generator building was to have been provided the Staff by June 15, 1981.
I called you last week to express concern that we were being told that. Consumers would be unable to supply the information until the end l
of June. Very recently, Mr. Keeley advised the Staff that we would not receive that information until July 15, 1981.
If this is true, it appears that it wil? be impossible for the Staff to address the diesel generator building oJring the August 1981 sessions of the hearing.
I would appreciate your comments with respect to the above.
Sincerely, William D. Paton l
Counsel for NRC Staff I-l^
