Dear Mr. Bechhoefer:
As both a concerned citizen of San Antonio, and a Senior Vice President of a not-for-profit research institute that is deeply involved in evaluating the safety of nuclear reactors for the genarn ien of electric power, I feel a deep semse of obligation to do anything that I can to bring the South Texas Nuclear Plant on line for the production of electricity.
Licensing, of course, is a step in that process.
