ORDER June 17, 1981 On May 15, 1981, the Licensing Board rendered a lengthy initial decision in this special proceeding involving the Rancao Seco nuclear fa:ility.
LBP-81-12, 13 NRC No exceptions to it having been filed by any party within the time peric.1 pre-scribed by 10 CFR 2.762 (a), the decision is now before this Board for review sua sponte.
Although now under way, it appears that it may be some time before that review is completed.
Accordingly, the decision be-low is not to be accorded finality pending our turther order.
