If the licensee is the receiver of the material, he shall ti record both the shipper's and receiver's information on the Form NRC-741 ans transmit pursuant to section 70,54 of 10 CFR Part 70. If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the shipper's informatior M to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the receiver's Form NRC-741. 3.e 2. The licensee shall notify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any important shipment authorized by this license is refused by the U.S. Custom Service. e 3.
