Dear Mrs. Solberg:
Attached is the summary of the review of the Grand Gulf evacuation time estimate. The review was made in accordance with NuREG 0654 Rev 1 even though the report was dated July 11, 1980.
The report is. deficient in documenting the data used, such as enumeration of the various population segments by sectors. The method-ology appears to be adequate, however the limited documentation makes it impossible to substantiate such a conclusion. Attached _is a summary of the ra' ting relative to the various items enumerated ir. NuREG 0654
