This refers to your February 16, 1981 request, for approval of a route to be used for shipments of spent fuel from Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant to General Electric Company, Vallecitos Nuclear Center.
The approval was issued April 20, 1981.
In accordance with fee Category 13 and Footnote 8 of Section 170.31 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $228 (6 man-hours $18/m-hr).
We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
