Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71, Certificate of Compliance No. 6698 is amended to authorize a plastic cover on the exterior surface of the packaging in accordance with the statements and representations made in your letter dated-June 3, 1981. All other conditions of Certificate of Compliance No. 6698 shall remain the same.
This authorization shall expire on June 15, 1981.
