Dear Sir:
The Authority submits herewith,for filing,three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment to Operating License",
and attachments thereto.
This application seeks to amend the Section 6.0," Admin-istrative Controls" of Appendix A and organization figures in Appendix B to the Operating License to reflect recent organiz-ation and management title changes which have taken place at the Authority.
It should be noted that two of the changes shown on the enclosed Figure 6.2-1, i.e.,
the movement of Reactor Analyst to the Operations Superintendent's cognizance, and the place-ment of the Shift Technical Advisor under the Technical Services Superintendent, have already been requested in our letter dated October 10, 1980, Serial JPN-80-44.
They are included here since the changes have not been approved as of this writing.
In accordance with 10 CFR5170.22, the Authority has classified this application as Class II because the requested amendment is administrative in nature and has no safety or environmental significance.
