This letter'provides a revision to the Vermont Yankee Physic'd Q hcurity y '
Plan in order to clarify some points and respond to concerns expressed b'Jy*
I&E inspection personnel. In addition to the revision, a brief explanation (Attachment A) is provided to present the basis for the more significant changes to the plan. All changes are delineated by & vertical line in the right hand margin.
We have determined that none of the changes made by this revision result in a decrease of the effectiveness of the plan and therefore it is forwarded for your information and use.
The Security Plan and Attachment A are considered proprietary information and shall be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
Please insure that the Security Plan Revision Transmittal Form is completed and returned to us as required by Section 13.8 of this plan. We have not received these forms for Revision 1 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d or Revision 2 to copies 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d of the plan which were sent to you on or about July 30, 1980 and about February 4,1981. Your actions on this matter would be appreciated.
