ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM MR. DANIEL-HIRSCH The Staff had prepared a response to the Intervenor's motion of June 3, 1981 to qualify Mr. Daniel Hirsch as an expert interrogator pursuant to 10 CFR 5 2.733.
The Staff response was due on June 23, 1981, but having received the Board's Order of June 16, 1981 to Mr. Hirsch directing submission of a l
clarification of his qualifications, the Staff ~will await Mr. Hirsch's answer before filing its response.
By this statement, the Staff means to preserve its right to respond to the Intervenor's motion, and Mr. Hirsch's clarifying answer.-
