Dear Chairman Smith:
I am enciosing a copy of the presentation which my client, the Manufacturers' Association of Berks County prepared for use at the March 5,1981 hearing. Unfortunately, the weather made it impcssible for us to attend this meeting. Yesterday, I was informed that the March ilth hearing had been cancelled.
Under these circumstances, I have no alternative but to submit this written Statement and ask that the Board consider it as if it had been orally presented on March 5th. Should there be a renewal of these proceedings in the future, I would be most pleased to participate and ask that I be given adequate notice of it.
