NRC-02-80-028-01 is hereby definitized. into a priced order (cost-plus-fixed-fee contract) in the amount of $29,073.48.
This amount includes a $9,073.48 increase over the $20,000.00 monetary limitation originally obligated.
This modification represents agreement of both parties on the terms and conditions of the priced order as set forth herein.

Article III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT A.
This is a priced order issued pursuant to Article III (c)(2) of Basi-Ordering Agreement number NRC-02-80-028-01.
B.
Estimatsd Cost, Fixed Fee and Cbligation 1.
It is es cimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $29,073.48 of which the sum of $26,795.83 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $2,277.65 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee.by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost of performance of that work.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $ 29,073.48.
C.
Payment J.
The Goverr. ment shall render payment to the contractor in approximately thirty (30) days after submission of proper and correct invoices or vouchers.
Additional provisions relating to payment are contained in clause 5 of the General Provisions hereto.

r; Article IV - ALLC;!ABLE COST /C0llPENSATION Allowable cost and compensation far the Contractor's services under this contract shall be determined in accordance with General Provision Number 5 entitled, " Allowable Cost, Fee, and Payment," in the General Provisions hereto and shall constitute full and complete compensation for the performance of the work undce this contract.

Indirect Costs Pehding the establishment of final overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable. general and administrative costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 98.74 percent of direct labor and at the provisional rate of 28.41 percent of direct labor for fringe benefits.
B.
Requests for Prior Authorization of Certain Direct Costs Prior authorization in writing by the Contracting Officer is required for the following costs:
1.
Fees for consultants 2.
Overtime; shift or incentive payments 3.
All travel outside the Unt'ed States.
4 Rental agreements, service contracts, or maintenance of Government equipaent.
5.
Subcontract costs pursuant o CTause Number 10 of the General Provisions hereto.

- Page 7 of 7 Article V - PROJECT OFFICER DESIGNATION Linda J. Peck, HMSS, is designated as the NRC Project Officer for this contract.
Article VI - TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT _
The contractor will be reimbursed for the following reasonable domestic travel costs incurred directly and specifically in the performance of this contract and accepted by the Contracting Officer:
1.
Per diem shcIl be reimbursed at a daily rate not to exceed the Contractor's Standard Charges effective September 1,1980.
2.
The cost of travel by privately owned automobile shall be reimbursed at the rate of 221/2c per nile.
3.
The cost of travel by rented au+omoble shall be reimbursed on a reasonable actual expense basis.

4.
All common carrier travel reimbursable hereunder shall be via economy class rates when available.
If he' available, reimbursement vouchers will be annotated that economy cfass ' accommodations were not available.
First-class ai-travel is not auti.erized.

Receipts are required for common carrier transporation, lodging and micellaneous items in excess of $15.00.
Article IV - KEY PERSONNEL remains unchanged except the number of the ars.: -
