SUBJECT:

LICENSE TO EXPORT HIGH-ENRICHED URANIUM TO SWEDEN (LICENSE NO. XSNM01679)

This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Incorporated.

The Commission (with all Commissioners approving) has accepted your recommendation to export to Sweden 35.088 kilograms of uraniur, enriched to 93.3%, in the form of UF6-In connection with his approval, Commissioner Gilinsky provided the following comment:

"This should be the next to the last HEU shipment for this reactor."

Commissioner Bradford agreed with this comment.

The Office of International Progra.ms was informed of this action by telephone on May 7, 1981.
