2 o As previously discussed with you via phone, NIC ha Fbeen ig the process of rewriting our Radiation Safety Manual for a number of reasons, one of which was to clarify and establish our Part 71 QA Program, though it was already functional and in place, it did need to be clearly identified.
I therefore respectively submit our Radiation Safety Manual in which our Part 71 QA Program is clearly illustrated in Section IX, and is used in conjunction with the rest of the R.S.M.,
for your review and approval.
I do apologize for the delay in submittal, but in order to satisfy other requirements for License Ammendment, I was forced to wait until certain documentation was received.
