capact:7 Ocerating Su=mari The following is a chronological description of plant operations including other pertinent items of interest for the sonth:
3/1/81 At the beginning of the reporting period the plant was operating at 39% of rated thermal power. Turbine generator surveillance was in progress.
3/14/81 At 0015 hrs. a power reduction was initiated for stability testing, torus testing, and a control rod pattern exchange.
3/15/81 At 0700 hrs. a power ascension was started to return to full power, torus testing was still in progress.
3/17/81 At 2334 hrs, a power reduction was initiated for additional stability t e s t ing.
3/19/S1 At 0305 hrs. the testing program was completed. At 1230 hrs. a return to full power was initiated.
3/22/81 At 0645 hrs. a power reduction was initiated for maintenance on the reactor recire. pump MG sets.
Maintenance was also performed on the off-site high voltage distribution system. At 1157 hrs. a return to full power was initiated.
3/31/81 At the end of the reporting period the pInnt was operating at 99.8%
of rated thermal power.
