On March 25, 1981, intervenors Citizens Concerned About Nuclear Power, Inc., and Citizens for Equitable Utilities filed both with the Commission l
and with us papers captioned " Notice of Appeal and Request for Directed Certification."
The papers are directed to a Licensing

On the same date, intervenors also filed a " Notice of Appeal" with this Board alone.
This appeal is directed to the Licensing Board's denial of their request "for a ninery day extension of all deadlines and the expedited hearing date of May 4, 1981."
The other parties should include with their answers to intervenors' Request for Directed Certification a response to the issues raised by intervenors' Notice of Appeal as well.
