This letter responds to your reques't of February 17, 1981, und '
Freedcra of Information Act for access to written statements and of oral statements concerning fiuclear Pharmacy, Inc., from January 1, 1980, to the present. He have identified 48 documents that are subject to your request (see Appendix A).
I am denying access to these documents in their entirety hecause they are investigatory records compiled for law enforccment purposes, the disclosure of even portions of t:hich would interfere uith enforcement proceedings, and, in some cases, constitute an unuarranted invasion of personal privacy.
5 USC 552(b)(7)(A) and (c);
10 CFR 9.5(a)(7)(i) and (iii).-
I am the denying official of the portions withheld in this request.
This denial may be appealed directly to the Connission within 30 days of its receipt, pursuant to 10 CFR 9.15. Any such~ appeal must be in writing, addressed to the Secretary of the Comr.ission, U.S. fluclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope'and in the letter that it is an " Appeal from an Initial FOIA Decision."
