Dear Sir:
Texas Instruments, Incorporated, as holder of License SNM-23, will not have in its possession any high enriched U03 8 powder in a recoverable form as of October 1, 1981.
This neans that MAA 1 will not be used for storage of this material as of October 1, 1981.
This is consistent with Texas Instruments, Incorporated announced plan to complete production of research reactor fuel elements by December 31, 1981.
