m The Boeing Company has requesud an amendment to its license XUC8302 to add Malaysian Airlines in Malaysia to the list of ultimate consigrees to receive emergency aircraft counterwei;.:s.
The overall ceiling for a'l countries would remain at 250,000 pounds.
Before taking action on this 'icense amendment, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with esta:lisned procedures as to whetner the proposed amendment meets the applicable c-iteria in the Atomic Energy Act as amended by the Nuclear Nonproliferatie-Act of 1978.
