h 7590-01 UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-338 VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND PC'n'ER CCM?ANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE CF AMEND"ENT TO FACILITY CPERATIN3 LICEN5E The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 25 to Facility Cperating License No. NPF-4 issued to the Virginia Electric ::nd Power Cenpany (the licensee) for operation of the North Anna Power Station, Unit No.1 (the facility) located in Louisa County, Virginis. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendnent makes char.ges to Table 3.7-4 of the facility Technical Specifications by removing, adding and relocating certain facility snubbers.
The changes are needed based on the NRC required Multi-Structure Amplified Response Spectra Analysis presently underaay at NA-1, The application for'the anendment complies with the standards and require ents of the Atenic Energy Act of 1952, as arended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Co aission has made apprcpriate findings as recuired by the Act and the Ccemission's rules and regulations in 10 CF,R Cha:ter I, which are set forth in the license amend ent. Prior public not'ce.of this amendment was not required since this anendnent -dces not involve a significant hazards censideration.

7590-01 The Commission has determined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant er.vironmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR 551.5(d)(4) an environmental impact statement or negative declaration and environ ental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
