On March 10,1981,- the Applicant (General Electric Company) filed " Renewed Motion of General Electric Company for Sanctions Against the State of Illinois"

The NRC Staff responded to General Electric's initial motions for sanctions in "NRC Staff Answer to 1) Motion of the' State of Illinois to Stay Proceeding and 2) Motions of General Electric Company for Sanctions Against Rorem,-Et A1. -and the State of Illinois. for Failure to Comply with Discovery",
October 29, 1980.
