The Lake County Board of Comissioners, as the princi erning Board for Lake County, Chio, and The Lake County Disaster Services Agency, i through its Director, Albert E. Stewart, hereby give notice o' its intent I

to intervene in tha *bove entitled action due to the fact that the entire Perry Nuclear Power Plant will be located withiri an area of land over which we as public entities have a duty to protect the environment and control .

We specifically reserve the right to file further objections and materigls pertaining to the licensing proceedings. However, it is our intention to now intervene in the above entitled proceedings upon the following grounds: -
