Enclosed please find an application from General Atomic Company for a license to export miscellaneous specially designed nuclear components to Romania for use in the TRIGA reactors located at the Institute of Nuclear Technologies.
Before taking action on tnis license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with establisned procedures, as to wnether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atcmic Energy Act as amended by the Nuclear Nonarcliferation Act of 1978.
