Dear Mr. fliraglia:
Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of M54, as amended, and the Comission's Rules and Regulations issued thereunou , Boston Edison Corpany hereby supplements and amends the License Application filed December 21, 1973 by supplying the attached PSAR Amendment 110 41.
This Amendment incorporates into the PSAR revisions to Section 13 which provides the responses to the NRC questions on Arendment No. 40, Emergency Planning, which were fonvarded by reference (a).
This transmittal consists of thme (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Attachment #1.(PSAR Amendment No. 41).
