Contract No. NRC-04-76-350 Based on our review of your October 3,1980 letter, we hereby grant approval to delete the indirect cost ceiling of $14,897.00 for the subject contract.
In addition, as discussed via telephone with Mrs. Helen Hagey of nly staff, the indirect rate of 52.95 percent will be used in lieu of the 57 percent shown in the contract.
The cumulative support cost for this expired contract from September 1, 1976 through October 31, 1979 total $66,270.18. The support ceiling under Article III(a) is $66,314.00. The amount of free support is $43.82. -In order that our books will be in agreement, the free support balance of $43.82 must be deobligated.
