The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, maintenance, repair, and use of packages for licensed material in special form. All other 1
shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modifi-r cation) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifications from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an NRC-approved QA 1
program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all

transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
