In its order of February 19, 1981, the Board requested all parties to' advise it, as best they can, when they will be ready to proceed with the remaining hearings on emergency planning.

In response, the Co=monwealth states that it understands that the Staff intends to issue a supplement to the SER ~

relating to emergency planning. The Staff and the Commonwealth have-agreed that the Cc =onwealth will not press for answers to its outstanding interrogatories regarding emerge.cy planning, but that it will be given sufficient time following issuance of l

the supplement to the SER to submit new interrogatories. 3 l
