Dear Mr. Denton:
The Toledo Edison Company, by lettor of February 27, 1981, Serial No. 690, sub-mitted the Emergency Plan Implementing and Supporting Procedures for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.
The letter identified that certain portions of the submittal contained proprietary information. These pages, stamped as preprietary, are all within the Supporting Procedures Manual.
They are?
AD 1827.03 Page 9 AD 1827.15 Page 4 AD 1827.17 Pages 3 - 10 AD 1850.05 Page 11 Administrative Memorandum 37 The pages in AD 1827.03, AD 1827.15, AD 1827.17, Administrative Memorandum 37, and AD 1850.05 contain notification and activation type telephone numbers important to emergency response functions and are, therefore, withheld from general distribution.
With removal by your staff of the aforementioned pages from the Supporting Procedures, Toledo Edison agrees that there would be no restrictions upon filing and distribution according to NRC procedures.
