Dear Sir:
- 1) Restart The unda= aged Three Mile Island unit one.
Buring coal for replacement power is far more hazardous to public safety and more expensive. Furthermore, other utilities with similar reactors have not been shutdown for safety reasons. To further delay this action appears punitive.
- 2) Eleven reactors wait for NRC approval. Again, power replacement is less safe and more expensive. The idle plants are costing customers and owners millions of dollars every day.
These plants require speedy approval.
