As a large putchaser of electr e_'.

,~eer from the Metropolitan Edison Company, I would like to express our support for the timely re-start of Unit 1 at Three Mile Island.

The mission of the Lebanon Valley General Hospital is to provide high quality health care which is responsive to the needs of the Lebanon Coununity in the =ost cost effective =anner possible. The operation of Unit I during 1980 would have saved this Hospital $10,500 in utility costs. Therefore, the restart of Unit I has a significant i= pact on our ability to accomplish our goals.

We sincerely hope the Board sees fit to permit the restart of Unit 1 as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

(
