Dear Mr. Smith.
ca Lebanon Valley College's consumption of electricity during 1980 has cost it approximately $40,000.00 more then would otherwise have been the case had Unit 1 been in operation.
Hence, each student has incurred an expense of $40.00 to
$50.00 more for his education during the year.
We urge a prompt and safe resolution of this problem that will not continue to penalize the consumers.
