Dear Mr. Rader:
Pursuant to our telephone conference on March 9,1981, enclosed please find a copy of a list of all technical documents in the NRC files at the Willste Building in Silver Spring, Maryland.
As you can see from this list, the summary statement for each documer.t will facilitate your discovery, since it indicates the facility involved as well as the subject matter of each document.
As I indicated, Jim Shaffner and I will conduct a search of your files at the Sheffield site on March 24 and 25.
Furttermore, as I indicated we had made travel plans to conduct a search of your files at your Louisville office on March 26 and 27.
You stated that these date were not convenient for your client.
After a review of our schedules for the next several weeks Jim Shaffner and I determined that we could conduct a search of your files at your Louisville office on April 14 and 15.
Please let me know as soon as possible whether these dates are acceptable.
