Dear Sirs:
I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following material from the NRC:
(1) Any published documents, sta ff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the dangers that an accident at the Limerick nuclear generating station might pose to the public.
(2) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the pro-paration by Philadelphia Electric Co. (PECO) of various reports including but not limited to, the preliminary and final risk assessment reports, on thq dangers that an accident at the station might pose to the public.
This material should include copics of any PECO reports in the possession of the NRC and NRC materials evaluating or commenting on the same.
(3) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the emergency preparedness proposed and contemplated by PECO and the emergency c
preparedness required by the NRC (and FEMA) for an accident at the Limerick n.1 clear generating station.

(5) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding NRC require-monts and their proposed /cointemplated requirements which seek to ensure the safe operation of the Limerick plant.
(6) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regariing the physical security plan for the Limerick generating station.
(7) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the concrete and specific application of the " lessons learned" from TMI to the NRC's conduct and requirements regarding the Limerick generating station.
(8) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding NRC standards or studies relative to power plant staffing requirements.
(9) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the siting of nuclear reactors near (within 100 miles) a major metropolitan area.
(10) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, a,ailable reports and other NRC material regarding General Electric nuclear reactors,: esp 4cially of the type proposed for Limerick power units 1 and 2.
Please include any materials regarding new design equipment which is not currently in opera-tion but scheduled for use at Limerick.

(11) A computer listing of subject heading, author, title, source, acquisition date, NRC internal ID number and full text abstract from the NRC ARMS system (operated under contract by TERA e
Corporation) for any document in the ARMS system related to areas 1-10 above.
