Tne folloaing changes are mace to this Contract:

ARTICLE X - Obligations, subparagraph (a), as modified, is changed to I.

read:

"The amount presently obligated by the Commission with recpect to this Contract is $135,000.00."

The balance of ARTICLE X remains unchanged.

The Contract amount is hereby increased by $135,000.00 from $250,000.00 II.

to 5385,000.00 by reason of this modification.
