12 DE5CetPTIO*4 CF AMENDMENT /mODIFICAYiON The purpose of the supplemental agreement is to exercise the option described in Article. I'V for two (2) additional courses during Fiscal Year 1981 and increase the total amount of the contract.
I.
Under Article III - Period of Performance, delete the first paragraph in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:
"The performance of work described in Article I shall commence as of the effective date of this contract and be completed within nine (9) months, or March 27, 1981."

After the second paragraph, add the following:
"The p:-iod of performance for the second years effort shall commence on March 28, 1981 and expire on September 30, 1981.
The course date during this period will be the week of April 6-10 and June 1-5, 1981. "
II. Under Article V - Consideration and Payments, Section A, delete the figure "$8,716.00" and insert $17,432.00" in lieu thereof.
