This refers to your September 26, 1980 request for renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5768 for which a $150 renewal fee was submitted.
On January 28, 1981, we received the revised drawings which were submitted as additional information in support of the renewal.
The Licensing staff has determined that the January 28, 1981 request, changes the renewal application to a minor amendment to the certificate since the changes require a review of safety issues.
Therefore, an additional fee of $200 is required as specified in fee Category 110 ($350 less $150) of Section 170.31 of Part 170.
Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regula-tory Commission.and mailed to my attention.
